Gold Key Body Corporate Management was established in 1979 on the Redcliffe Peninsula. Gold Key moved to North Lakes, four years ago. Our philosophy is to provide a professional yet personal approach to our clients. We like to think of ourselves as a 'boutique' firm, big enough to be competitive and professional, but still small enough to offer personal service. Which can be absent in todays busy, stressful society. At Gold Key we cater for complexes big and small. Commercial, Residential and new developments.

We pride ourselves on our customer service, as we like to build strong relationships with our bodies corporate. This is evident in the fact that the majority of the complexes we manage have been with our firm for 10 years or more.

DUTIES

We perform the full secretarial, administrative and financial duties of the committee. We assist the committee to obtain quotations as required. We assist the committee and the bodies corporate in the day to day running of the complex, so that all parties can meet the Legislative requirements as set out in the BCCM Act 1997. Advising bodies corporate on budgets, trades persons and proposed works. Drafting of meeting notices, preparing and sending out of levies, convening and presiding at meetings. We take on the role of a personal assistant to the committee to make the complex run as smoothly as possible.

COSTINGS

Our costings are set out in two separate parts. One set cost for Managerial and one cost for Secretarial which are both all inclusive cost. We do not charge any extra fees on top of the agreed fees, which helps the bodies corporate budget which  of course is very important in these ecomonic times. We are only to willing to meet members of your body corporate with no obligation. In order that you can individually evaluate our firm and services.
